The purpose of this research is to study the innovative leadership of school administrators in Bang Khun Thian District. Under Bangkok The objective is to study (1) Creative leadership of school administrators in Bangkok (2) Guidelines for developing school administrators in Bang Khun Thian District Under Bangkok The population used for this study includes: 48 educational institution administrators used research tools such as opinion questionnaires and structured interviews. Statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The research results found that
- Creative leadership of school administrators in Bang Khun Thian District under
Bangkok Overall, the average is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that The highest average was for providing direct assistance to teachers, followed by professional development, and the lowest was for curriculum development.
- Guidelines for developing creative leadership among school administrators in Bang Khun Thian District under Bangkok It was found that the following development guidelines were available. (1) Let teachers involved work together to think, decide, plan, and work together for the educational institution. (2) Honoring teachers. Award certificates to teachers on various occasions to give morale and encouragement to teachers who work effectively. 3) Promote training and development of innovative teachers to enhance the efficiency of their work. 4) Create good relationships with teachers. and follow up on the development of innovations that are beneficial to teaching and learning
