Administration of Information Technology under the 23rd Cluster School, Bangkapi District, Bangkok Metropolitan

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) study administration of information technology under the 23^rd cluster school, Bangkapi District, Bangkok Metropolitan 2) study guidelines for developing administration of information technology under the 23^rd cluster school, Bangkapi District, Bangkok Metropolitan. The sample group consists of 175 government teachers and educational personnel in the 23^rd cluster school, Bangkapi District, Bangkok Metropolitan. The statistics used for data analysis from the opinionnaires were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and structured interview analysis.

The findings were as follows: 1) Administration of Information Technology under the 23^rd Cluster School, Bangkapi District, Bangkok Metropolitan was at a high level. 2) The guidelines for development Administration of Information Technology under the 23^rd Cluster School, Bangkapi District, Bangkok Metropolitan, consist of 6 guidelines, including: 1) Supporting teachers to use information technology for accessing information, royal decrees, and the basic education core curriculum B.E. 2551, 2) School administrators and teachers jointly analyze school curricula by using computer programs, 3) Organizing meetings to plan fundraising for information technology resources and promoting the importance of information technology to teachers, 4) Publicizing through the school website or Facebook to request support for information technology resources, 5) School administrators should plan recruitment and appointment of information technology personnel adequately 6) School administrators and teachers jointly formulate policies and plans for developing modern curricula and implementing them to achieve the curriculum's objectives.
