This research is descriptive. The objectives are to study: 1. The academic administration of Ban Pluak Daeng School 2. Guidelines for developing the academic administration of Ban Pluak Daeng School 1. The research population consists of 2 educational institution administrators, 57 government teachers, and 4 temporary teachers, totaling 63 individuals. The research instruments include an opinion questionnaire and structured interviews. The statistical methods used in data analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The research results found that 1. The academic administration of Ban Pluak Daeng School , was rated at a high overall average. 2. Guidelines for developing the academic administration of Ban Pluak Daeng School include: 1) Educational institutions should organize training for teachers, parents, and related persons on the use of media and learning resources. When considering each aspect, it was found that the educational supervision aspect It has the highest average, followed by the aspect of organizing teaching and learning in educational institutions, and the lowest is the aspect of development or operations regarding giving opinions. Development of local curriculum content 2) Educational institutions should appoint a committee to create a curriculum that includes representatives from the basic education institution committee, teachers, parents, community leaders, and related persons. 3) Educational institutions should organize training for teachers on how to align activity content with the interests and aptitudes of the learners. 4) Educational institutions should provide training for teachers and other personnel on conducting research. 5) Educational institutions should organize training for teachers and personnel on academic services. 6) Educational institutions should create collaborative projects with other social institutions in various forms, 7) Educational institutions should provide training for personnel on the procurement and development of media technology.
