Internal Quality Assurance In Education Institutions Under The 23rd Cluster School, Bangkapi District, Bangkok Metropolitan

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study 1) the internal quality assurance in education institutions under the 23^rd cluster school, Bangkapi District, Bangkok Metropolitan according to the opinions of government teachers and educational personnel 2) guidelines for developing the internal quality assurance in education institutions under the 23^rd cluster school, Bangkapi District, Bangkok Metropolitan. The sample group consists of 175 government teachers and educational personnel in the 23^rd cluster school, Bangkapi District, Bangkok Metropolitan. The statistics used for data analysis from the opinionnaires were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and structured interview analysis.

The findings were as follows: 1) the internal quality assurance in education institutions under the 23^rd cluster school, Bangkapi District, Bangkok Metropolitan was at a high level 2) the guidelines for development the internal quality assurance in education institutions under the 23^rd cluster school, Bangkapi District, Bangkok Metropolitan, consist of 7 guidelines, including: 1) Developing manuals or documents outlining clear educational standards for schools, 2) Conducting meetings to explain the process of developing educational management plans before implementation, 3) Assigning school administrators to oversee projects and monitor progress regularly, 4) Encouraging staff to create evidence and indicators of progress in their work, 5) Providing opportunities for staff to participate in creating tools to monitor progress and develop schools to meet educational standards, 6) Forming committees to produce self-assessment reports for schools annually, 7) Organizing meetings and encouraging staff to study and analyze self-assessment results from the past year to plan more effective work practices.
