Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1)  to study the academic administration conditions of educational institution administrators under the Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1, sample group There are 265 civil servant teachers under the Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1, obtained by determining the sample size using the Crazy and Morgan tables and multi-stage random sampling.
