            The objectives of this research study were to study 1) the efficiency in work of teachers in Chonburi Sukkhabot School Under the jurisdiction of the Chonburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Rayong 2) Guidelines for developing the work efficiency of teachers in Chonburi Sukkhabot School The population used in this research is personnel at Chonburi Sukkhabot School. There were a total of 140 people. The research tools included an opinion questionnaire. and structured interviews Statistics used in data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and content analysis
