       The purpose of this research were to study on Supervision within Nawaminthrachinuthit Suankularbwittayalai Samutprakarn School Under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area Samut Prakan.This study aimed to study: 1) The internal supervision conditions of Nawaminthrachinuthit Suankularbwittayalai Samutprakarn School Under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area Samut Prakan 2) guidelines for developing internal supervision of Nawaminthrachinuthit Suankularbwittayalai Samutprakarn School Under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area Samut Prakan. The sample group includes 130 teachers. Research toolsincluding questionnaires and interviews. Statistics used to analyze data Including percentage, mean, standard deviation. and content analysis

         Results showed that:

1. Results of the study of supervision conditions within Nawaminthrachinuthit Suankularbwittayalai Samutprakarn School Under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area Samut Prakan. Overall, the average is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that. The highest average was in curriculum development, followed by group work skills development. and the lowest is Action research in the classroom.
