Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study 1) the condition of internal supervision of Sriracha School. Under the jurisdiction of the Chonburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Rayong 2) Guidelines for internal supervision of Sriracha School Under the jurisdiction of the Chonburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Rayong, the population used in the study There were 140 administrators and teachers. The instrument used to collect data was Opinion questionnaire and structured interview Statistics used in data analysis include frequency, mean, standard deviation, and Content analysis.
The research results found that
1) Internal supervision of Sriracha School Overall, the average was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that Overall it was at a high level. When considering each area, it was found that the highest average was in teacher professional development, followed by classroom action research, and the lowest was in curriculum development.
2) Guidelines for internal supervision of Sriracha School. Under the jurisdiction of the Chonburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Rayong, there are guidelines as follows 1) Executives should promote training. Develop teachers to be consistent with teaching and learning activities. 2) Administrators should honor teachers. Award certificates to teachers on various occasions related to teaching and learning activities To provide morale and encouragement to teachers who work effectively 3) Executives should promote training and development to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of operations. 4) Educational institutions create school curriculum by involving teachers, administrators, and network partners in creating the curriculum. There is criticism of school curriculums. 5) Administrators should promote training for teachers to have knowledge in conducting classroom research that is correct according to academic principles. To solve problems and develop students.
