The purpose of the research was to know 1) Internal supervision in schools under the secondary education Bangkok Service Area Office 1 2) The development guidelines of internal supervision in schools under the secondary education Bangkok Service Area Office 1. The sample used in the research was 214 teachers in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Bangkok 1. The research instrument was a 5-level evaluation scale questionnaire and a structured interview form by interviewing experts. The statistics used in the data analysis include frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, and content analysis
The results of the research were as follows : 1) The overall operations of internal supervision in schools under the secondary education Bangkok Service Area Office 1 are at the highest level. When each aspect was considered, it was found that The aspects with the highest average was the assessment and report, the practice of supervision, and the aspects with the lowest average was the creating media and tools of supervision.
2) Guidelines for the development of Operations of Internal supervision in schools under the secondary education Bangkok Service Area Office 1 are as follows : 1) exchange brainstorming ideas to analyze the problem and need to develop 2) meeting plan of supervision to create mutual understanding 3) open the opportunitysupervision recipient and supervisor have participate indesign media and equipment of supervision 4) listening to opinions of supervision recipient and supervisor Operations of Internal supervision 5) results of supervision have problems obstacles and suggestion to go supervision develop next time.
