DIGITAL LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE OFFICE OF NAKHON RATCHASIMA SECONDARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA

Abstract

This research has two main objectives: 1. To study the digital leadership characteristics of school administrators affiliated with the educational district office in Nakhon Ratchasima. 2. To investigate strategies for developing digital leadership qualities among school administrators affiliated with the educational district office in Nakhon Ratchasima. The sample group, which includes 44 schools, was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan (1970:608) table for sample size determination. Key informant including the school director or acting director and one teacher, resulting in a total of two respondents per school. In total, there were 88 respondents who participated in the survey. Subsequently, simple random sampling was employed to select respondents from each school The research instrument used was a questionnaire, and two sets of questionnaires were distributed with a reliability coefficient of 0.979. Data analysis was conducted using specialized software.

          Research finding were as follows;

1. 1. The digital leadership qualities of school administrators affiliated with the educational district office in Nakhon Ratchasima are overall practiced at a "high" level across all dimensions. When considering the rankings, it is found that digital communication is the highest practiced dimension, followed by digital vision and digital knowledge.
2. 2. Guidelines for developing digital leadership of educational institution administrators Under the Nakhon Ratchasima Secondary Educational Service Area Office, 10 guidelines were found.
