Abstract

The purposes of this academic article were to present the school administration under the Local Administrative Organization to develop students based on individual differences. There are seven issues: (1) Leadership: In order to gain trust from students' parents and the community, school administrators must have vision, leadership, and creativity, as well as the ability to collaborate with both internal and external organizations to develop strategic plans to develop students based on their individual differences. (2) Supporting Factors: The government should provide schools with redistributed authority, support, financial resources, teachers, school personnel and facilities, positive learning environments, instructional materials, school equipment, technology and innovations, and learning resources suitable to learners' development. (3) Engagement: Decentralization of education should be a primary focus. Teachers, personnel, and school committees are all involved in the management of the school, which is delegated by the administrators. (4) Academic Administration: The school develops strategies and guidelines for academic administration. School offers a variety of curricula that are designed to meet the needs of the students while also being relevant to local needs. (5) Teachers and Staff: There are enough teachers in key subject areas in schools. Teachers have a thorough understanding of individual learning styles and the ability to organize and assess students based on individual differences. They can also motivate students to learn and develop themselves to their fullest potential. (6) Budgets: The school has sufficient budgets as well as effective budgeting and resource planning. And (7) General Administration: The school has a vision and mission that are consistent with local educational policies, and it responds to the problems and needs of teachers, parents, and the community. There is a well-defined educational development plan and course of action that can be followed. The school creates innovative learning management systems that are centered on the students.
