TEACHER’S TEAMWORK OF SCHOOLS UNDER THE BANGKOK SECONDARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE, REGION 1

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to determine 1) Teacher’s teamwork of schools under the Bangkok Secondary Education Service Area Office Region 1 2) The approaches to teacher’s teamwork of schools under the Bangkok Secondary Education Service Area Office Region 1. The sample used in the research was 207 teachers in schools under the Bangkok Secondary Education Service Area Office Region 1. The research tools were questionnaires and expert interviews. Data analysis was performed using a computer program. Percentage (%), mean ( ), standard deviation (S.D.)
The research results found that 1) Teacher’s teamwork of schools under the Bangkok Secondary Education Service Area Office Region 1 Overall, there is a high level of compliance. When considering each aspect, it was found that There is an average level in all aspects at a high level. The areas with the highest level of practice are Trust aspect Second in creating a good atmosphere in the team. Creative communication and good external relationships Target setting In terms of determining duties and responsibilities In performing the appropriate role of leader or follower and cooperation and participation, respectively. To consider and use in the annual organizational development plan. (1) Workshop project to develop teams to work together happily. (2) Training project to promote creative working skills under conflict in organizations. (3) Training project to create motivation to work with a positive attitude.
