Abstract

The objectives of this research were:1) To study the supervision process in school of the school network group 78 Under Bang Khae District Bangkok   Metropolitan Administration and 2) to study guidelines for developing the supervision process in school Under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The 148 informants’ cases were included as a sample. The instrument used in this study wasquestionnaires. The statistics used in the analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviationInterview data analysis are content analysis.

The results of the research ware as follows: The supervision process in school of the school network group 78 UnderBang Khae District Bangkok   Metropolitan Administration in overall was at a high level. The ranging by the average from high to low that Resource allocation Administration Coordination Prioritization of work Design of working methods and work condition assessment respectively. And the guidelines for developing the supervision process in school Under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration are 6 guidelines for developing the supervision process within the school, including: 1) Administrators should compare various behaviors from their work by looking at their responsibilities in operations or assigned activities, 2) Administrators prioritize educational supervision options in planning and carrying out operations, 3) Administrators regularly review and regularly study knowledge about principles, concepts, and theories related to supervision, 4) Administrators and teachers plan and meet together to survey teachers' needs. Taking into account the principles of efficiency and necessity, 5) Executives should coordinate the work of personnel in supervision regularly Set a timetable forappropriate supervision and 6) Executives should give everyone an opportunity to participate in finding solutions to problems.
