The purpose of this research is to study the administration and management practices of the Administration of Administrator District Learning Encouragement Center in Chanthaburi Province. The research method was used as descriptive research. The sample group used in the research was educational institution administrators. Civil servant teachers and educational personnel, government employees who work in the administration of educational institutions of the administrators of the Administration of Administrator District Learning Encouragement Center in Chanthaburi Province Fiscal year 2022, number 130 people by finding the sample size. From Taro Yamane's formula and setting the expected movement limit at .05, the sample size was 98 people. Random sampling was used to Data were collected using a stratified random sampling method. The tools used to collect data include questionnaires. Statistics used in data analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and interview form Structured using content analysis classified by position and experience in working and interview results, recommendations regarding development guidelines towards the administration of educational institutions by the Administration of Administrator District Learning Encouragement Center in Chanthaburi Province.
