This academic article aims to present concepts and approaches for developing educational organizations into high-performance organizations in the era of digital transformation. At present, educational organizations are confronted with rapid changes in technology, educational policy, and the expectations of learners, parents, communities, and society, as well as increasing complexity in management that requires agility, accuracy, and data-driven decision-making. Traditional forms of educational administration that emphasize hierarchical structures, procedural routines, and fragmented work processes may no longer be sufficient for enhancing the quality of education in the emerging context. The concept of a high-performance organization provides an important framework for developing organizations with clear goals, effective management systems, competent personnel, a quality-oriented organizational culture, and the capacity for continuous adaptation to change. This article proposes key components for developing educational organizations into high-performance organizations, consisting of: 1) systems and strategic leadership; 2) flexible organizational structures and work processes; 3) professional personnel and team development; 4) the use of data, technology, and innovation for decision-making; 5) an organizational culture oriented toward quality and learning; and 6) monitoring, evaluation, and continuous development systems. Such organizational development can enhance management efficiency, reduce duplication in work systems, promote integrated operations, and support the sustainable improvement of learners, teachers, educational institutions, and the overall education system.
