This purposes of this research were to determine 1) active learning management. 2) Creating and developing a model to promote proactive learning management of teachers by using a guidance process to improve learner quality. and Promoting proactive learning management of teachers by using a guided process to improve the quality of learners. The population consisted of 165 teachers, 10 experts, 225 students from 3 schools using a focus group process. and a 5-step trial of the model. Study of student satisfaction. Teachers have to use the pattern. The research tools were interview forms and questionnaires. Statistics used were frequency, percentage (mean and standard deviation).
The finding revealed as follows: 1) Proactive learning management was at a high level. 2) The creation and development of a model for proactive learning management of teachers by using a guidance process to improve learner quality was at a high level. 3) An experimental model of proactive learning management of teachers using a guidance process was used to improve learner quality was at a high level. 4) Assess the teacher’s proactive learning management promotion model by using the guidance process to improve the quality of learners was at a high level. and 5) the satisfaction of teachers who used the teacher’s proactive learning management promotion model using the guidance process to improve learner quality was at a high level.
