Abstract

This purpose of this research were to determine Administration of Phrapariyatthamma School department of general education future image covering the mission of Phrapariyatthamma School Department of General Education Academic Administration and personnel management A total of 21 photographs/ person were provided by experts. The finding revealed as follow: 1) In terms of academic administration, it was found that experts commented that (1) there must be a serious transfer of academic results in accordance with regulations. To screen and get to know more individual students. (2) There must be a variety of teaching and learning activities. (3) There must be a supervision system to follow up on school performance to meet standards. Regarding personnel management, it was found that experts commented that (1) teachers would be encouraged and supported in order to gain proficiency in the subjects taught (2) teachers would be developed to have quality, professionalism, continuity and thoroughness (3) ) Teachers and staff are arranged to perform their duties in accordance with their educational qualifications. (4) Teacher performance is evaluated.
