Research on Developing Model for Professional Learning Community to Enhance Contemplative Education Learning Management of Teach in Bansratoey School

This purposes of this research were 1) The study of professional learning communities 2) Create a professional learning community based on the teacher’s cognitive education concept. 3) Experiment with the professional learning community model. 4) Evaluate the professional learning community model according to the contemplative education concept of teachers and 5) Extend the results of using the professional learning community model based on the contemplative education concept. teacher education The method of conducting this research was the use of group discussions. The informants used in the research were teachers at Ban Sra Toey School. There were 15 students under the Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 and 10 experts. The instruments used for data collection were questionnaires. The statistics used in the research were analysis by using frequency and percentage mean standard deviation and content analysis
The finding revealed as follows: 1) the current state of learning management according to the concept of contemplative education of teachers; Overall, learning management was at a high level. 2) The current state of professional learning community of teachers. Overall, there was a professional learning community organized at a high level. professional learning to promote learning management According to the concept of contemplative education of teachers, including the principles of the model Purpose of the model content of the pattern How the format operates and measurement and evaluation. 4) results of asking for opinions about the results of examining the suitability of the professional learning community model to promote learning management according to the concept of contemplative education of teachers. by experts found that the overall suitability was at a high level, and 5) the results of creating a manual for the use of a professional learning community model. To promote learning management according to the concept of contemplative education of teachers.
