Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study 1) Academic administration of schools secondary education service area office Bangkok 1 Group 3. 2) To study the guidelines for the academic administration of schools secondary education service area office Bangkok 1 Group 3. Determine the sample size by calculating the sample size in the case of knowing the population of 86 people stratified random sampling in the sampling stage and individual sampling from the teaches of schools secondary education service area office Bangkok 1 Group 3. The research tools were questionnaires and structured interviews developed by the researcher by interviewing experts. The research tools were opinionnaires, and structured interviews by interviewing 3 experts. The Statistics used in data analysis were frequency value, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The research findings were as follows: 1) Academic administration of schools secondary education service area office Bangkok 1 in overall was rated at high level, when considered in each aspects, The side with the highest mean was school curriculum development and followed by the development of the learning process and the lowest average was the promotion of academic knowledge to the community. 2)Guidelines for the development of academic administration of schools secondary education service area office Bangkok 1 Group 3. It was found that there were many approaches to academic administration. The researcher therefore synthesized 7 projects to develop the school's academic management guidelines.
