THE DECISION MAKING OF OF BAN KUM SCHOOL GROUP SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR UNDER PRANAKORN SRI AYUTTHAYA PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: 1) to investigate the decision-making
of school administrators in the Ban Kum School Group under the Office of
Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area 2, and 2) to explore guidelines for improving the decision-making processes of these administrators. The population
in this study included personnel from 8 schools within the Ban Kum School Group, comprising 3 principals, 5 acting principals, and 28 teachers, for a total of 36 participants. The research instrument was a questionnaire based on Kaufman’s decision-making theory. The data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, frequency, percentage and content analysis.
