Abstract

          The purpose of this research was to study 1) Skills of Kaen Thong Uppatham School

Administration Under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, 2) the approach to developing the Skills of Kaen Thong Uppatham School Administration Under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration.  The population used for the study was 38 teachers of Kaenthong Uppatham School, affiliated with the Bangkok Metropolitan Government. The statistics used in the data analysis are Frequency, Percentage  Arithmetic Mathematics (μ) Standard Deviation (σ) and Content Analysis

          The results showed that:

          1) Skills of Kaen Thong Uppatham School Administration Under Bangkok metropolitan Administration , affiliated to the Bangkok Metropolitan Government, are generally at a high level. When looking at each side, it was found that the highest average was knowledge and thinking skills, followed by technical skills, education and teaching skills, conceptual skills or aggregate thinking, and the lowest was human skills.

          2) Guidelines for the development of Skills of Kaen Thong Uppatham School Administration Under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration The guidelines are as follows: 1) Support and promote the development of teachers to receive training both internally and externally, 2) Determine the nature of the work and the importance of the authority to see the success,                 3) Have guidelines for formulating policies to focus on the development of teachers and educational personnel comprehensively, 4) Be democratic, listen to different opinions and give good advice. 5) Establish an internal quality assurance system, prepare an annual report to report on the results of education management and identify shortcomings, 6) Have a systematic work plan.
