CREATIVE LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN BURAPA STUDIES GROUP UNDER NAKHON PATHOM PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

This research aims to 1) Study the creative leadership of school administrators in Burapha Studies Group under Nakhon Pathom Primary Education Service Area Office 1. 2) Investigate the ways to develop the creative leadership of school administrators in Burapha Studies Group under Nakhon Pathom Primary Education Service Area Office 1. The population consists of administrators and teachers from 14 schools , with a total of 239 people. The sample group  of 148 people. The research instruments were questionnaires and structured interviews.

The results of the research found that:

1. Creative Leadership of School Administrators in Burapa Studies Group Under Nakhon Pathom Primary Education Service Area Office 1  the overall average score was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the highest average was in the area of data collection, analysis, and interpretation. The second highest was in the area of envisioning the desired future, and the lowest was in the area of verifying shared beliefs.

1. The promotion guidelines that 3 experts agreed on regarding the Creative Leadership of School are as follows: 1) For every task, goals are established with the involvement and consensus of all responsible individuals. 2) Administrators encourage the active participation of all teachers and staff in carrying out school operations and activities.3)The school formulates its curriculum through the collaborative involvement of teachers, administrators, and community stakeholders, and ensures the curriculum is critically reviewed and evaluated. 4) Administrators are able to offer consultation, foster knowledge exchange, and assist teachers when challenges occur. 5)School administrators should promot collaborative learning and the exchange of opinions, knowledge, and professional experiences among staff, both internally and externally. 6) School administrators motivate teachers to complete a Self-Assessment Report so that the results can be used for self-improvement and  to enhance student achievement.
