Motivation for the Work of the Personnel of Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study the motivation for the work of the personnel of buriram primary educational service area office 2 The sample were the personnel of buriram primary educational service area office 2 a total of 80 participants. The instrument for data collection were two sets: a set of questionnaires examining and a set of Interview examining. The statistic for data analysis were frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation.

          The findings were as follow: 1) Motivation for the work of the personnel of buriram primary educational service area office 2 was overall, it is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that they were at a high level in all aspects. The side with the highest average is supporting factor and the side that the average is followed by Motivation factor.  2)The Guidelines for the development of work motivation of personnel of the area office Buriram Elementary Education Region 2 has the following guidelines: (1) Should jointly create a guideline for problem analysis and find solutions for personnel. (2) Democratic principles should be applied in their work. Accept other people's opinions. (3) Should work willingly and provide assistance to colleagues and accept other people's opinions (4) Work should be distributed to all personnel so that personnel can fully enjoy the assigned tasks. (5) Should see the importance and value of getting promoted in the performance. (6) Should study the guidelines. in developing or promoting the steps according to various criteria clearly and clarifying and recommending that you personnel understand clearly
