The purpose of this research is to study the competence of school administrators in Phra Narai School Group, Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 The sample group used in the study was 103 personnel of Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research instruments were opinion questionnaires and interviews. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The results of the research found that :
1. The performance of school administrators in the Phra Narai School Group, Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, the overall average is at a high level and the average performance in every aspect is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the highest average value was in the aspect of educational quality assurance, followed by the aspect of academic leadership, and the lowest aspect was the aspect of educational institution administration.
2. It was found that the guidelines for developing the competencies of school administrators in the Phra Narai School Group, Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, are as follows : 1) Be someone who places importance on being a good role model "in order to develop others, they must first develop themselves." 2) Find a way to develop resource mobilization for educational management in schools. 3) Have a plan for control and monitoring. 4) Assign all teachers to design. 5) The school's operational and operational plans are prepared to be consistent with the specified standards and indicators,with the standards and indicators for quality assessment. 6) Be flexible in response to events and resilient to problems and obstacles.
