THE ADMINISTRATION OF STUDENT STUDENT SUPPORT SYSTEM UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE BANGKOK 1 GROUP 3

Abstract

               The objectives of this research were to study and propose the guidelines of the student care of school in The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1 Group 3. The populations used was teachers in The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1 Group 3. The sample of this research was 86 teachers in The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1 Group 3. The research instrument were questionnaire and structured interview form by interview with experts.

               The research results are summarized as follows 1) The administration of the student care and support system of The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1 Group 3 was at a most level, considering each side found that the highest level aspect is knowing each student as an individual. Respectively. Screening student aspect, Prevention and problem-solving aspect and Encouragement and development aspect. And the lowest level Sending student aspect. 2) The guidelines to develop the implementation of student care and support system in The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1 Group 3 found that multiple the guidelines. The researcher synthesized into a project to develop the guidelines to develop the implementation of student care and support system as follows (1) Practical training program used instrument and practice data record for knowing the students individually (2) Follow up of student care program (3) Psychology for the classroom program (4) Techer and friends adviser room program.
