Human resource management of school administrators in the DonYang network group 2, under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area, Phetchaburi, Area 1

Abstract

This research is a descriptive research. The objectives are: 1. To study the personnel management of school administrators in the second network group, Don Yang, under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 1, Phetchaburi 2. To study the development guidelines for personnel management of school administrators in the second network group, Don Yang, under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 1, Phetchaburi 3. The population used in the study is 50 teachers of schools in the second network group, Don Yang, under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 1, Phetchaburi 3. The research instruments are opinion questionnaires and structured interviews. The statistics used for data analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The research results found that 1) The personnel management of school administrators in the second network group, Don Yang, under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 1, Phetchaburi, had an overall average of high level. 2) The guidelines for developing personnel management of school administrators in the second network group, Don Yang, under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 1, Phetchaburi, are: 1) The administrators should organize training about life after retirement. 2) Create a project to promote personnel development in submitting documents to request pensions so that teachers receive the right rights. 3) Create morale and provide advice in case of having to leave work for some reason.
