Abstract

: 1) The role of administrators in learning management development of educational institutions in 6 multi-campus campuses under the Surin Secondary Educational Service Area Office. Overall, there was practice at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that The aspect with the highest average value was the aspect of providing facilities to promote teacher learning management. The next average was reward and reinforcement for teachers. and the lowest average was the assessment of teachers' learning management. 2) Guidelines for developing administrator roles in learning management development of educational institutions in 6 multi-campus campuses under Surin Secondary Educational Service Area Office. Found that there are multiple approaches The researcher synthesized it into a project to develop the organization as follows: (1) Teacher's Learning Management Plan Development Project (2)Teacher training program for self-development and continuing education (3)Supervision and supervision project for learning management to develop learning management (4) Projects to encourage teachers to use facilities to promote teacher learning management. (5)Projects to promote knowledge on measurement and evaluation of various learning management methods that meet standards and indicators.
