Abstract

This research aimed to (1) study the administration based on good governance in terms of teacher participation at Wat Seesuk School, Chom Thong District, under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, and (2) examine the development guidelines for such administration. The population consisted of school administrators and teachers from Wat Seesuk School. The research instruments were a questionnaire and a structured interview conducted with three experts.

          The research results found that

  1. The administration based on good governance regarding teacher participation at Wat Seesuk School, Chom Thong District, under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration was found to be at a high level overall. The highest-rated aspect was transparency and information sharing with stakeholders, followed by support mechanisms for participation. The lowest-rated aspect was the management of stakeholder feedback.

          2. The development guidelines include: (1) fostering a safe and respectful space for teacher expression. (2) involving teachers from the early stages of decision-making. (3) using informal communication channels (e.g., LINE, Facebook, suggestion boxes). (4) reporting evaluation results anonymously to ensure transparency. (5) establishing systematic monitoring and evaluation.
