LAEDERSHIP BEHAVIOR OF ADMINISTRATORS OF THUNGSAIWITTAYA SCHOOL UNDER KAMPHAENGPHET SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract

This research aims to (1) Study the leadership behavior of Administrators of Thungsaiwittaya School under Kamphaengphet Secondary Educational Service Area Office and (2) Study the strategies for enhancing leadership behavior among these leadership. Thungsaiwittaya School served as the unit of analysis. The research instrument was a leadership behavior assessment questionnaire, which was administered to school leadership and teachers, totaling 68 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.

            The findings revealed that 1. leadership behavior of Administrators of Thungsaiwittaya School under Kamphaengphet Secondary Educational Service Area Office. the overall average score was at a high level. and 2. development guidelines for the leadership behavior of administrators of Thungsaiwittaya School under Kamphaengphet Secondary Educational Service Area Office. Based on the consensus of three experts, the following recommendations were proposed: 1) Administrators should develop innovative thinking skills and creative problem-solving abilities. 2) Administrators should study educational trends and apply modern technology in school management. 3) Administrators should be open to suggestions from teachers, students, and parents to improve the school. 4) Administrators should be flexible in their management and adjust strategies to suit changing situations. 5) Administrators should act as role models in terms of morality, ethics, and honesty. 6) Administrators should support participatory work and promote a sense of value among personnel. 7) Administrators should promote welfare and development opportunities for staff and students. 8) Administrators should provide guidance and counseling to personnel and students when needed.
9) Administrators should use effective communication skills to inspire and motivate personnel.
10) Administrators should build collaborative networks with both public and private sectors to support education. 11) Administrators should participate in community activities and develop partnerships with external organizations. and 12) Administrators should present themselves appropriately and be able to adapt to all groups of people.
