Abstract

Research on Educational Administration in the Digital Age, Banharnjsaiwittaya 1 School under Suphanburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office. This was a descriptive  research.The objectives were to study 1) The level of educational administration in the digital age of Banharnjsaiwittaya 1 School, and 2) Guidelines for the development of educational administration in the digital age of Banharnjsaiwittaya 1 School. The population was the administrators and teachers of Banharnjsaiwittaya 1 School was 111 people. The tools used for data were: Structured questionnaire and interview. The statistics used in analysis were frequency, mean, standard deviation and content analysis.

The research results found that

  1. Educational Administration in the Digital Age, Banharnjsaiwittaya 1 School. Overall, the average was at a high level. It was found that the highest average was creating a learning culture in the digital world at the highest level. Next was the understanding of the knowledge and skills in educational institutions, was at the highest level. Having a vision in the digital age was at its highest level. Digital citizenship and systematic improvement were at the highest level. And the lowest level was professional excellence in digital age practice at a high level.
  2. Guidelines for the development of educational administration in the digital age of Banharnjsaiwittaya 1 School. The guidelines were as follows: 1) Administrators should facilitate the administration of educational institutions with digital innovations to maximize benefits and achieve the set objectives effectively. 2) Educational institution administrators must develop themselves to had a vision, be aware of and see the importance of changing educational institutions with digital innovation and 3) The administrators should clearly define the vision of the educational institution in which direction it wants to go and in what areas it will be used in the administration of the educational institution.
