Abstract

The purposes of this study were to 1.) The teacher professional standards performance at network schools 79 Bangkhae district office under Bangkok metropolitan, and 2) The guideline for The teacher professional standards performance at network schools 79, Bangkhae district office under Bangkok metropolitan. The sample consisted of 132 teachers in network school 79, Bangkhae district office under Bangkok metropolitan by using Krejcie & Morgan to define the sample size. The research tools were questionnaires and interview forms. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis.

The results of the research were as follows: 1) Teachers' performance according to professional standards in the 79th Network School under the Bangkok Metropolitan were at a high level. The highest mean is in terms of teacher's performance, learning management was followed, and the lowest was relationship with parents and communities 2) Guidelines for the development of performance according to professional standards of teachers in the 79th network school under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The researcher has synthesized them in the form of 4 projects that can be used to develop teachers as follows: 1) Teacher development project to become a professional2) Learning to the world project 3) Workshop project on "Doing research in the classroom by Action Research method"  4) Community Relations Project
