This research aimed to study the motivation in working of personnel in Lam Sonthi District Group of School Under the Supervision of Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample group used in the study was 113 personnel of Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research instruments were opinion questionnaires and interviews. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The results of the research found that :
- The motivation for the work of the personnel in the Lam Sonthi District Group of School Under the Supervision of Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The overall average was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the highest average was in the area of responsibility, followed by the area of success in work, and the lowest aspect was the area of career advancement.
- The guidelines for developing motivation for the work of the personnel in the Lam Sonthi District Group of School Under the Supervision of Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 There are 6 approaches as follows : 1) Participate in creating guidelines for analyzing problems and finding solutions for personnel. 2) Let others share their opinions. 3) Working willingly and helping co-workers and accepting others' opinions. 4) Work should be distributed to all personnel so that personnel can do their best in the assigned work. 5) Explain the importance and value of promotion in work performance. 6) Study the guidelines for development or promotion according to various criteria and explain and advise the personnel to understand clearly.
