The Development of Professional Learning Community Promoting Active Learning Management Competence of Teachers at Chiang Rai Municipality School 7 under Chiang Rai Municipality

Abstract

ABSTRACT

            This mixed-method study (quantitative dominant) aimed to (1) examine the current and desirable professional learning community promoting active learning management competence of teachers at school under Chiang RaiMunicipality; (2) construct and validate suitability of professional learning community model pro-moting active learning management competence of teachers at Chiang Rai  Municipality School 7; (3) pilot the professional learning community model promoting active learning management competence of teachers at Chiang Rai Municipality           School 7; (4) evaluate the professional learning community model promoting active learning management competence of teachers at Chiang Rai Municipality School 7; and (5) assess satisfaction of teachers towards the professional learning community model promoting active learning management competence of teachers at Chiang Rai Municipality School 7. The study was sectioned into 5 stages. The population were 58 teachers of Chiang Rai Municipality School 7. The research instruments were questionnaire, and the statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.
