            This research to The development of a model to promote teacher learning management by using a professional learning community process Dokkhamtaiwittayakhom School Phayao Secondary Educational Service Area Office. This mixed-method study (quantitative dominant) aimed to (1) A study current conditions and needs learning management by using the community process of professional learning and the approaches to promoting learning management by using a professional learning community process of teachers at Dokkhamtaiwittayakhom School. ; (2) Create and verify teachers' learning management promotion models using a professional learning community process Dokkhamtaiwittayakhom School Phayao Secondary Educational Service Area Office; (3) An experimental to use teacher's learning management promotion model using the professional learning community process Dokkhamtaiwittayakhom  School Phayao Secondary Educational Service Area Office. (4) The assess of teacher's learning management promotion model using the professional learning community process Dokkhamtaiwittayakhom School Phayao Secondary Educational Service Area Office; and (5) The extend result teacher's learning management promotion model using the professional learning community process Dokkhamtaiwittayakhom School Phayao Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The research instruments used were 7 questionnaires and used was an interview form. The statistic for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
