A STUDY OF THE COMPETENCIES OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE SAKAEO PROVINCIA ADMINIISTRATIVE ORGANNIZATION

Abstract

            The purpose of this study is To study the main competencies of school administrators under the Sa Kaeo Provincial Administrative Organization. and to study guidelines for developing the core competencies of school administrators under the Sa Kaeo Provincial Administrative Organization. The sample group used in this study consisted of 192 civil servant teachers and school education personnel under the Sa Kaeo Provincial Administrative Organization. The instruments used for data collection this time. It is a 5-level rating scale (Rating Scale) inquiring about the performance of school administrators under the Sa Kaeo Provincial Administrative Organization in 4 areas. The entire questionnaire finds a reliability value equal to .87. Statistics used in data analysis include Percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis

The results of the study found that

1. Competency of school administrators under Sa Kaeo Provincial Administrative Organization Overall and each aspect is at a high level. When considering each aspect It was found that the side with the highest average was Focusing on results, followed by good service, and lowest is teamwork.
2. Guidelines for developing the competencies of school administrators under the Sa Kaeo Provincial Administrative Organization. It was found that there are development guidelines as follows: (1) Educational institution administrators are committed to producing work, developing and disseminating academic work to be evident. (2) Educational institution administrators Notification of various operations through electronic channels so that parents Service recipients are aware of various operations that can be verified. (3) Educational institution administrators regularly organize training to develop teachers both inside and outside the workplace. (4) Educational institution administrators Must promote teamwork, dividing duties according to the abilities of each person.
