Abstract

This article presents the participatory management of educational institutions by effective basic education committees. School administration is the duty of administrators and teachers to act in order to develop students' learning to achieve the desired knowledge and characteristics. In the current situation, society has changed. The environment around the school has changed. Make administrators and teachers need to know more about management. And most importantly, the cooperation of the community surrounding the school must be brought in to help organize education. The potential of the community must be harnessed to further develop school education. The participation of the Basic Education Commission in organizing school education. It is a method of school administration and education that is appropriate, correct, and in line with the changing conditions of society today that must rely on the power of every part to drive operations in every aspect of the school. Carrying out the missions of the Basic Education Commission, the school must therefore rely on the participation of every department to join in mobilizing resources to provide quality education. The role of the Basic Education Commission is important in terms of coordinating cooperation between the school and the community. in the missions and activities of the school The effective participatory school management method of the Basic Education Commission has helped drive every aspect of the school's operational activities to be successful as set forth.
