Abstract

Academic article on Leading Buddhist Way Schools Administration to Success, this was created to synthesize management guidelines for leading Buddhist Way Schools. Give to general schools or schools participating in the Buddhist School Project. Can be used as a guideline for school administration. To develop students to have morals, ethics and desirable characteristics. Able to develop the management of Buddhist schools to have quality and become a leading Buddhist Way Schools and further expand it into the Royal Award Buddhist Oriented Schools From the study, it can be summarized that managing a Buddhist school to be successful and become a leading Buddhist Way Schools. The school must operate according to the Buddhist school guidelines to have outstanding and concrete results. Until it can be a role model and there is a clear implementation of the standards and indicators of the 29 identities in Buddhist schools and have activities or projects that are clearly evident Educational institution administrators and teachers must be people with vision. Work systematically, have faith, and behave according to the principles of Buddhism. Be a good role model for students and the community, organize integrated teaching and learning according to the three principles for all learning groups connected to daily life at every level. There is a measurement and evaluation according to actual conditions by various methods. Educational management must provide opportunities for local communities, homes, temples, and schools to participate in setting the vision, create a landscape improvement course physical and environmental improvements including promoting friendly relationships especially practicing Buddhist activities with monks continuous community.
