Abstract

This article is a presentation of the Participatory school management strategies. The process of defining and analyzing participatory school management strategies from external environment and internal environment into the following steps by SWOT Analysis and TOWs Matrix. Prescribe strategies has 5 items namely 1. Economy: Strategies for creating a system for using educational resources efficiently. 2. Law: Strategies for creating a system for respecting the law and social norms. 3. Humanity: Strategies for creating a system for volunteerism and donation. 4. Environment: Environmental Care and Adaptation to Change Strategies, and 5. Good Governance: Strategies for promoting transparency and fairness. Which different context, local area and school size. But the following factors are always present in the guidelines for participatory school management.
