Teaching and Learning Management according to the Four Noble Truths for Morals in the VUCA World

Abstract

This article proposes a presentation of teaching and learning in accordance with the Four Noble Truths for the teachings morality in the VUCA World era, which is a learning management process that aims to develop education for youth of the nation in an era that has changed. There is always a fluctuation of the technology, competition, business environment. Therefore, the morals in the world must create educational opportunities, reduce educational inequality by providing teaching and learning solutions according to the process of the Four Noble Truths, which are related to each other in a way that is caused. The results of each other are 1) define the problem (Dukkha), determining the problem or knowing the suffering that occurs, 2) the hypothesis (Samudaya), searching for the cause of the problem, the cause of suffering and cutting the cause, 3) experiment and collect data (Nirodha). In order to extinguish or in order to be free from the problem, 4) analyze the data and summarize the results (Marga). For cultivation morality and ethics focus on students to be a good problem by focusing on self -research, finding the cause of problems and solutions able to connect knowledge in sequence and ready to face problems of globalization technology development trend the big trend of capital in the VUCA world.
