Abstract

Happy Workplace is a development process by promoting, supporting the motivation of personnel in the organization to be happy (happy at work) is responsible for learning by smiling, laughing, which will lead to effective work, work success makes showing positive emotions such as happiness and fun, happiness will be done to create a good relationship at work and a good feeling for the assignment. There is a bond with educational administration organizations that have development processes by promoting, supporting and motivation personnel in the school with goals in line with the vision. School administrators must be aware of the importance and need to organize the management system to create a happy atmosphere, physical mental happiness and intellectual happiness by iterating to match the Threefold principles which is an important principle of Buddhism which consists of 1) the precepts of the mind training the regulations of thinking in a neat condition is normal; 2) the concentration is the consideration of the Dharma or the condition, problems gather the mind and mind to be a single point, cut other distractions out of thought and mind; and 3) Wisdom is the development of knowledge and understanding so that educational personnel are powerful, work motivation and able to fully devote their strength to work for schools.
