Happiness in an Educational Institution according to the Threefold Principles

Abstract
This article aims to presenting guidelines for creating happiness in educational institutions according to the three principles creating happiness for teachers in educational institutions. It is like a driver for success in work, leads to teaching and learning that reflects on the students, place management adopts the Threefold principles consisting of precepts, which is training oneself in behavior to be disciplined, meditation, practice in the mind and intellectual development in learning according to reality, all three of which are related. Administrators can manage educational institutions to make them happy taking into account management in 3 areas: (1) administrative development, (2) personnel development, and (3) physical development within the educational institution. Adopting the Threefold Principles is a guide to having a code of practice that is based on correctness.
