Lesson Learned of School Development 2-star Obec Moral School

Abstract

This article aims to present lessons learned from the development of a 2-star OBEC Moral School. The school works to promote morality to develop students, teachers, administrators and educational personnel, raise awareness, make understanding, rational thought process and creating a network of moral organizations in school development as follows: 1) Innovation creates good people, Innovation is “Flowers bloom at 3 times” to adjust student behavior in punctuality and discipline; 2) Raise the level of 1-star morality activity, “Homemade, discipline can be created” activity to coordinate cooperation in taking care of students regarding responsibility; 3) Structure Moral development work, the project “Brother Do, Younger Ones Do It” creates senior students to act as role models for their younger siblings to follow and promote responsibility; and 4) morality projects in every classroom, created from “problems that want to be solved the good that I want to do” Brainstorm students’ ideas and create classroom projects at all levels to solve problems creating the desired goodness.
