Abstract

The purpose of this article was to present guidelines for temple management in Thailand in order to develop towards excellence because the situation is changing rapidly. The temple must adapt to the times and be ready to accept the changes that occur to be a temple managed with a broad vision, administrative structure and efficient operating system, personnel in the temple have outstanding competence and skills, work culture model and shared values. It also performs missions in 6 areas of the temple including governance, education, propagation, public education, public welfare, and public facilities to make the temple to develop let become more prosperous and continue to be with Thai people, Thai society, and Thailand.
