Guidelines for Promoting Teachers in Learning Management in the Artificial Intelligence Era

Abstract
This article aims to present guidelines for promoting teachers in learning management in the AI era due to information technology in artificial intelligence. It plays a huge role, especially in technology and telecommunications affecting the development of education in Thailand. The entire technology system helps to facilitate in matters of learning and in the teaching and learning process. The teacher plays the role of providing knowledge and guiding the students, to enable students to think analytically, creatively, and be productive and responsibility in organizing teaching and learning in the form digital online. At present, the science of artificial intelligence has been introduced and applied in many areas such as developing robot systems to be similar to humans developing systems to assist humans in do some work or even the development of multimedia such as computer games, etc. It can be seen that artificial intelligence technology has developing yourself all the time. Teachers must therefore develop themselves to have technical knowledge and how to use digital technology wisely and knowledgeably. It is systematic and continuous through the education process in the education system. There are guidelines for promoting teachers in learning management in the AI era including organizing training seminars, exchange of knowledge between teachers research and development and creating a learning community of teachers. There are 3 skills that need to be developed, consisting of 1) developing technology skills, 2) developing teaching skills, and 3) developing teaching psychology skills.
