Abstract
The leadership of educational administrators in the AI era needs to integrate AI with the four divine states of mind to effectively manage education by using AI to analyze data, assess student needs and problems, and provide targeted support and assistance, including using AI to help alert users of problems, provide advice, and analyze the causes of problems for targeted and effective solutions. In addition, AI also helps in evaluating, tracking progress, and disseminating work to promote and appreciate the success of students, teachers, and personnel, as well as allocating resources fairly and checking the fairness of various processes. By applying AI along with adhering to the four divine states of mind, administrators can effectively develop the quality of education on the basis of morality and ethics, and create a sustainable learning society.
