Abstract

This study aimed to focus on the analysis of the human resource recruitment process of government organizations in the disruption era by studying the challenges that organizations face in adapting to changes in modern technology. It was found that the improvement of the human resource recruitment process in the government sector needs to be flexible and support changes in the digital age, focusing on developing digital skills and creating a flexible organizational culture in order to be able to respond to new challenges effectively. In addition, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud systems in recruitment will help increase accuracy and speed up the process, supporting human resource development in the long term. Personnel should also develop skills in data analysis, innovation management, and continuous learning to enhance competitiveness and adaptability to changes. In addition, challenges in implementing modern recruitment processes in the government sector were found, such as rigid work structures and limited resources, which require effective support and resource management to meet changing needs.
