ผลกระทบของปัญหาน้ำท่วมในเทศบาลตำบลท่าขอนยาง อำเภอกันทรวิชัย จังหวัดมหาสารคาม

บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหา ผลกระทบ และแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาน้ำท่วมขังในเขตเทศบาลตำบลท่าขอนยาง อำเภอกันทรวิชัย จังหวัดมหาสารคาม เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้างกับผู้ให้ข้อมูล 5 คน ได้แก่ พ่อค้า แม่ค้า และประชาชนทั่วไป ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สภาพปัญหาเกิดจากการล้นตลิ่งของแม่น้ำชีซึ่งอยู่ติดกับพื้นที่ชุมชน ทำให้ระดับน้ำเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง ผลกระทบที่เกิดขึ้น ได้แก่ ด้านจิตใจ เช่น ความเบื่อหน่ายและความรู้สึกท้อแท้ ด้านที่อยู่อาศัย เช่น ความเสียหายและการเตรียมตัวไม่ทันเนื่องจากพื้นที่บ้านต่ำ และด้านการเดินทาง เช่น ไม่สามารถสัญจรได้ตามปกติ ข้อเสนอแนะ คือ การแก้ไขปัญหาน้ำท่วมต้องอาศัยความร่วมมือจากหลายฝ่าย โดยเฉพาะภาคประชาชนที่ควรมีส่วนร่วมในการเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมและยั่งยืน
