Morals and Ethics for Educational Institution Administrators

Abstract

Human moral development develops sequentially from infancy all the way through life. The origin of the source of moral development comes from the influence of society and genetics. The development of creating executive characteristics for oneself is fundamental important especially. The more you position yourself appropriately overcoming the evil in one's heart having your own Dharma, you can hold on to your spirit those under control. Therefore, it is a method leading to the goal of governance. The morality of executives is very important in terms of management. This is because executives are responsible for planning work and implementing plans and evaluation procedures or methods are different according to the condition of each executive. But what will show the desired management condition according to Dhamma principles that can be applied to produce results. It is not only about creating stability with the power base or the position and status of the executives in the group. The essence of the principles reveals the condition of administrators which must be a person who is intelligent, knowledgeable, and has a purpose in doing various activities for the benefit of the public and members.
