Guidelines for the Development of Professional Executives according to Brahmavihāra IV Principles

Abstract
This article is a presentation of content in order to be guidelines for the development of various organizations to progress and meet the goals set. Executives are very necessary for organizational development, to study guidelines for developing professional administrators, which is a mechanism and an extremely important qualification that educational institution administrators should have, and to be complete and suitable in all respects, ready to be a professional executive to develop the direction of educational administration systematically. It has the following components: 1) Professional management, 2) Professional management consisted of Brahmavihāra IV principles. It is a moral principle for one to live a life as noble and pure as Brahma. It is a moral code of conduct for a ruler and living together with others. It consists of 4 principles: it is Dhamma that must be the guiding principle and direct conduct so that it is right and correct according to morals It is fairness that helps people live together in happiness without harming
each other do not be envious of one another which are 1) Metta, love, good wishes for others to be happy, 2) Karuna, compassion, thinking of helping others escape suffering, 3) Mudita, joy when others are well and happy, and 4) Ubekkha, be impartial and provide justice to others. Refuse to be displeased when others face disaster. This principle also helps administrators develop the management system in all aspects. It creates a good atmosphere for working together, able to perform their duties to achieve their goals. Success was achieved as set out very well. When Dhamma principles are integrated with the work, it will affect the efficiency and effectiveness of the work.
