Guidelines for Management of Moral Teaching Monks Project in School

Abstract
This article is documentary research to study the management guidelines for the Morality Teaching Project in schools. Dividing the study into 4 issues: 1) desirable characteristics of moral teaching monks, 2) methods for developing leadership, and 3) spiritual leadership according to Buddhist principles of moral teaching monks. The results of the study found that 1) there are 5 elements of desirable moral teaching characteristics: 1.1 good discipline, 1.2 morality, 1.3 good personality, 1.4 good teaching, and 1.5 always developing oneself. 2) The method for developing leadership is the method for developing leadership by using the Deming cycle (PDCA), there are 4 elements: 2.1 Plan, 2.2 Do, 2.3 Check, and 2.4 Action. 3) Threefold refers to the principles of life development in order to succeed as a complete human being Buddhist style since inner development is the purification of the soul. It can lead people to reach the essence of true life, consisting of morality, concentration, and wisdom. There are 3 components: 3.1 Develop the level of social relationships (Sīla), 3.2 Develop the mind (Samādhi), 3.3 Develop knowledge and understanding (Paññā) 4) Leadership spiritual aspect according to the principles of Buddhism of moral teachings means that moral teachings have inner knowledge and morality. He is spiritually intelligent, able to influence and motivate, build trustworthiness and faith in others in order to see the value and purpose of living a good, correct and good life, there are 4 elements: 1) Faith, 2) Hope, 3) Vision, and 4) Compassion. From the above concept, it can serve as a guideline for able to manage the Morality Teaching Project in schools, both in setting policy and teaching morality in schools.
